Job Title: MIS Analyst (Contact Centre Background) Location: Thane, Maharashtra Position Type: Full-time Experience : 4-6 years Job Description: As a MIS Analyst at UNFYD, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes across various departments within the organization.

Leveraging your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, you will provide valuable insights that enable strategic planning and optimize operational Develop, maintain, and optimize management information systems (MIS) to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, flowcharts and presentations to communicate key performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, define KPIs, and establish data quality standards.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

- Implement data visualization techniques to facilitate intuitive understanding and interpretation of complex data sets.

- Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MIS, data analytics, and business Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.

Advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience (4-6 years) in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.

- Expertise in creating Dashboards, MIS Reports and find out mismatch in reports or Data facts.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.

- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

- Prior experience in BPO, Contact Centre is position is based in Thane, Maharashtra.
