- Understanding of Information Technology and business concepts - Work with client to define high level requirements and capture their business needs - Partner with the development team to understand and articulate the product vision of clients - Collaborate with teammates to analyze and design the business requirements - Analyze the as is situation and collaborate with clients - Be an effective liaison between the client and the team to manage the product backlog and keep an eye on the software delivery - Well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous delivery methodologies - Must have exposure to functional testing - Keep a track record for delivering impactful software with the collaboration of software delivery team Key Requirements : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required - Knowledge on Loans or Credits or Accounts or related areas - Should have agile/scrum/kanban experiences like backlog creation EPIC, Stories creation and Sprint Planning Key Responsibilities : - Understand business requirements and create business specifications and solutioning documents for the product - Agile/Scrum - Epics, Story writing, Spring Planning (IPM), Retro, Backlog/Feature management - Understand how business operates and experience modeling business processes using a different tools and techniques to ease requirement elicitation sessions - Have a knack for resolving any conflicts as they arise (ref:hirist.tech)
