Senior Technical Executive (Electrical)

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, design and prepare the Electrical services drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as the upgrading of existing buildings’ drawings for tender (These services include electrical installation to indoor and outdoor facilities, underground piping system, lightning protection system, CCTV & etc. And to prepare single line diagram/schematic drawings.).

Liaise with Engineer-in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval.

Prepare all Electrical tender drawings in 2D and 3D format (eg. Using AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software).

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 – 5 years of drafting experience in Electrical building services in consultancy firm.

Good knowledge and skillful to use AutoCAD, ArchiCad & Revit Software.

Have a good understand of Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Well-versed in Microsoft Office application.
