Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.

Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.

Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

Run and perform supplier qualification program.

Collaborate with various teams including Finance, Operations and EHS to action document-specific requests to advance documents in workflow promptly.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

Bachelor's in Administration

Experience in purchasing (1-2 years)

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
