The Role
Act as subject matter expert within the Product Organization to prioritize feature/functionality based on the business opportunities and priorities of Geidea
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance the product strategy.
Help define, own, and execute a high-level vision and roadmap
Translate the product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements and specifications
Work closely with a software development team in a fast-paced Agile environment
Write epics and detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria
Prioritize and maintain the sprint and product backlogs, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders and manage all aspects of a project, including brainstorming sessions, design, planning, communication, risk assessment and capacity
Manage the day-to-day PGW product tasks including PGW monitoring, and support in PGW merchant integration challenges.
Work closely with marketing teams & partners to promote services, including launch new products, create marketing materials to be ready to go to market.

Requirements
6 Years of experience
Business/management bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred)
Must have a background in PGW Product
Customer experience background
High efficiency in Jira, and Confluence
Must have market and industry knowledge across home markets and best in class (e.g., Europe)
Product owner or Scrum master certificate is a plus
Command of Arabic language would be a big plus
Experience with data analysis and integration
