JR47004 IC Package Layout Engineer

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

As a GDSS IC Package Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for executing various IC package layout designs across Micron’s product portfolio, including DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, NAND, and ASIC. Your responsibilities will include feasibility layout studies, mechanical substrate layouts, functional package layout designs, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
