Workshop/Field service Technician

Job description:

In this position you will drive customer satisfaction by competent and timely execution on a high-quality level of service jobs on site and in the workshop. You will positively influence the Accelleron reputation by dedicated and professional approach to the customer.

You will be reporting to the Head of Operations.

Your responsibilities:

Briefing with Service Coordinator, Head of Workshop or supervisor about the expected situation on site

Checking all relevant information of turbochargers in internal IT platform beforehand

Execute a pre risk assessment on site, briefing with crew member on ongoing other activities and instruction for board equipment

Recommendation to customer for immediate and future service requirements, provide feedback to Service Coordinator or End User Sales

Collecting information about other turbochargers installed on site, informing Service Coordinator

Your background:

Technical education in the direction of mechanical engineering or automotive engineering

Relevant work experience is an advantage

You have a solution-/service-oriented mindset

You are used to working according to the applicable regulations and safety rules

You are familiar with Office software packages

Good command of spoken and written English

Full driving license is a must
