Drive top-line sales by delivering hospitality excellence and leadership.
High-level management of Profit & Loss
Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
Partner with the Executive Chef and ensure staff are trained properly on the culinary program.
Manage the Bar Program to ensure craft cocktails, beer, and spirit offerings are on point with trends.
Perform ongoing training and development for team members.
Experience must-haves:
Current Restaurant General Manager experience leading a chef-driven restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
Excellent industry tenure and references
Proven ability to manage a profitable P&L
A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
Professional and kind personality
Strong knowledge and passion for wine Sommelier certified a plus.
Natural ability to lead a professional team.
Hands-on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.
