Associate Attorney

Job Description

We are seeking a litigation attorney with at least five years of experience for the Commercial Litigation Department.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and a team player. The attorney will handle commercial litigation, which will encompass insurance defense, personal injury,and business litigation matters, and must demonstrate experience performing tasks at all phases of litigation, including completing research, briefing, attending hearings and mediations, answering and objecting to discovery, and taking and/or defending depositions. Preferably, the attorney will have a working knowledge of litigation reporting for insurance clients.Excellent writing and analytical skills and academic credentials are required.

This position offers candidates the opportunity to perform substantive and sophisticated work on a variety of matters including transportation and hospitality law, worksite accidents involving serious injury and fatalities, professional liability defense, products liability defense, business disputes, and construction defect matters.
