Hotels Unlimited operates mid-level franchised hotels and has great career opportunities for individuals who are highly motivated, have a take-charge attitude, and good communication skills. We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to lead our exceptional staff at our Holiday Inn of East Windsor. This is a full-service hotel and banquet facility property.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To oversee hiring, training, scheduling, employee issues, and termination, including development and motivation of personnel skills.

To exemplify Hotel policies and procedures.

To remain competitive in every area and to produce and achieve budgetary goals.

To maintain a high employee morale.Requirements:

3-5 years of recent experience within a full-service property with a proven track record for achieving excellent customer service.

Must possess operational knowledge of all phases of the hotel industry

A well organized, highly motivated individual with a take charge attitude and excellent communication skills and great attention to detail is vital to this position.

Must always set an example for all employees relating to guest service and professionalism.

Excellent communicator, well organized, and detail oriented.

Flexible hours required.
