Job Summary:

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN? Are you ready to put the pedal to the metal and grow with an amazing TEAM? Tacoma MINI/BMW Authorized Service is looking to hire experienced Technicians. The hours are 4/10 hour shifts NO SUNDAYS, this is a full-time, 40 Hour per week position.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues

- Utilize automotive diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues

- Communicate with customers to explain repair processes and recommendations

- Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and techniques

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

-- Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience

- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and modern automotive technology

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record & ability to pass illegal drug test
