Job Description

Immediate Openings for a Logistics Coordinator in Romeville, IL

Long term temp to hire opportunity on 1st shift

Job duties include but not limited to:

Ensure the warehouse operation has a constant stream of work on the floor

Ensure inbound dock doors are assigned

Ensure all orders are allocated for by dispatch date

Provide updates to customers on statuses of shipments

Verify PO#s for shipments

Ensure Bill of Ladings and Shipping paperwork are ready for shipments

Allocate outbound shipments

Other Shipping and receiving and warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements for position:

Previous 2+ years in multi-customer warehouse enviroment

Working knowledge of supply chain and shipping and receiving

Experience working with bill of ladings and other WMS systems

Strong computer skills including Microsoft office and excel programs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
