The Ideal Candidate:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter, demonstrating expertise in the field.

Driver's License and Vehicle: Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable working vehicle.

Tools: Bring your own tools to the table.

Job Details:

Location: Projects are within a 20-mile radius of Wilmington, DE.

Schedule: Monday to Friday work schedule.

Training: Paid training provided with the opportunity to cross-train in various areas such as furniture, cabinetry, masonry, antique reproduction, metalwork, and more.

Benefits: Enjoy benefits including paid vacation, paid holidays, mileage, expenses, tool repair, and flex-time after the initial 90 days.

Signing Bonus: A signing bonus awaits after 12 weeks, provided the candidate meets satisfactory work standards and consistently reports to the job site daily and on time.
