Hello!

We are seeking an HVAC Lead and Pool Certified maintenance tech for:

Royal Wildewood Manor

201 Dixie Drive

Clute TX 77531

Your staff will consists of one porter and a make ready.

Maintenance Tech duties will be:

- HVAC repairs/replace

- Maintain overall property standards

- Run tickets

- Rotate on Calls

- Place order for supplies

- Must have experience with electrical, plumbing, etc

- Overlook maintenance staff

- Make ready

- Demonstrate 2 years of preventive maintenance and leadership skills

PTO and Holiday Pay

Monday- Friday 8:30-5 P.M

Must have:

- Valid Drivers License

- EPA Certified

- Pool Certification

- Tools

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
