Project Superintendent

Job Description

Must have a minimum of 3 year’s experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction.

· Must have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new programs for reporting, file sharing, and communication.

· Able to read plans and do material take-offs.

· Ability to compile and send out daily and weekly reporting/pics.

· Able to compile schedules for projects.

· Understand the RFI & submittal process.
