IT Support Technician

Job Description

Aegis is partnered with a manufacturer in the Jonesboro area looking to add an IT Support Technician to their 1st shift team! This is a direct hire, onsite position with a full host of benefits including PTO, pension, and advancement opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Handling IT tickets

Handle basic IT issues with keyboards, mice, printers, PCs, etc.

Customer service - forward facing to employees.

Computer repairs & upgrades.

Handle Manufacturing IT issues such as PLC networks.

Requirements:

1+ YOE in an IT support role OR a 2-year degree in IT. Open to new grads.

Certificates highly preferred - Networking, A+, etc.

Some manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
