日本法人において米国本社企業方針を実施する

人事問題の根本原因に対処するため 従業員や管理職と協力し 組織やリーダーシップ開発の取り組みを促進する

社内プロセスを通じて従業員関係の問題を解決する

文化的 プロセス的観点からの組織開発を通じて 解決策の策定において上級管理職を支援する 全社的なプログラムやイニシアチブ 給与見直し ストックオプションの更新 人員計画 組織改革など の推進を支援する

職務の効率的な運営を確保するため 人選 育成 評価を行う

必要条件

大学卒業相当 学士号 または人事資格 社労士等

人事部門のおいて1年以上の責任ある業務経験

オフィスのITツールに関する十分な知識

法律文書/契約書に関する十分な処理経験

日本語が母国語 または日本語能力試験 JLPT N1以上

英会話 読み書き能力 TOIC650点以上

Responsibilities

Implements corporate policy at the business unit or division level.

Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues.

Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach.

Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. Assists to drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock option grants renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change).

Often viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff.

Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree and/or HR certification.

Minimum of 1 years of increasing responsibility in a progressive HR environment.

Sufficient knowledge for IT tool in the office.

Sufficient experience with legal documents/contracts to handle

Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1

English conversation, reading and writing skills (TOIC 650 or above)
