One of the top civil construction company's in the Southeast is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager. They are looking for someone with experience with Heavy & Structural Concrete, Airfield Construction, Building Foundations, Infrastructure Improvement, Storm & Process Water Systems, and Bridge Construction. This role is office-based with some day-travel to the work sites. There is bonus potential as well as a competitive salary. This group is a smaller branch of a strong mid-sized group, so you'd have the backing and power of a large company but the tight-knit feel of a small outfit!

Requirements For Civil Project Manager

5-7+ years of experience in civil construction

Heavy civil construction experience

Self-perform experience

Good documentation skills

Proactive in solving issues quickly

Timely and Organized

Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring

Degree in Civil Engineering or Business related

Responsibilities for Civil Construction Project Manager

Work well with all other team members

Effectively communicate progress/problems with relevant team members

Prepare Project Production Schedules

Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

Ability to maintain and develop client relationships

Work with Field Superintendent to coordinate all aspects of job
