General Liability/Construction Lit Associate

We are seeking a talented and dedicated associate attorney to join our construction litigation team. As a construction litigation associate attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, and liens. Requirements:

3-6 years of construction litigation experience experience required

Licensed to practice in Tennessee

Experience in construction defects, construction disputes and construction liens and general liability litigation

Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player

Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic

JD from accredited law school
