Estate Lawyer

Requirements:

3-8 years of experience as an estates lawyer

Experience in estates litigation is a huge plus

Vast knowledge of estate planning, succession planning, income, gift, and tax law related to wealth transference

Experience with high-net-worth clients highly preferred

Licensed to practice in Alberta

Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player

Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
