Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Are you a passionate attorney with a strong desire to fight for justice on behalf of injured individuals? Do you possess exceptional legal skills, a deep understanding of personal injury law, and a proven track record of successfully representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s team as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents necessary for court proceedings.

Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice in Ohio

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience practicing plaintiff personal injury law.

Proven track record of successfully litigating and negotiating personal injury cases.

In-depth knowledge of personal injury law, including statutes, regulations, and case precedents.

Trial and/or first chair experience preferred.

Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards clients and their families.
