Desired Background:

3-7 years of experience in real estate including commercial real estate closing costs, transactions, loans, commercial leases, zoning laws, contracts, and commercial real estate taxes

Licensed to practice in Alberta

Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player

Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
