Are you a passionate and dedicated BCBA looking for an exciting opportunity in Polk County, Florida? Look no further! We are currently seeking experienced BCBAs to join our team in the vibrant cities of Haines City and Auburndale.

Position Details:

Location: Polk County, Florida (primarily Haines City and Auburndale)

Work Settings: Both home-based and school-based cases

Certification Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid BCBA certification.

Polk County School Badge: Preference will be given to BCBAs who possess a Polk County School Badge.

Sign-On Bonus: We offer a generous sign-on bonus of $5,000.00 to qualified candidates.

Contract Options: Choose between a 1099 contract or a W2 contract based on your preference.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior programs.

Monitor progress, collect data, and make data-driven decisions to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

Valid BCBA certification.

Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Familiarity with Polk County schools and community resources is a plus.
