Support Engineer- Level 1

Fully On-site, Monday through Friday in Westchester County

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000

Certifications - A+, Google IT Support, MCSP, CLA, ITTL Foundation or equivalent experience

Essential Job Functions

Provide first-level technical support to end-users by promptly responding to their inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing instructions, and resolving issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, remote access, and other IT systems.

Answer all Helpdesk support requests providing excellent customer service and prompt technical assistance.

Work closely with senior IT team members and vendors to provide support and maintenance of all applications.

Install, modify, upgrade and repair IT hardware and software as needed.

Assist with creating, updating, and publishing instructional documents.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.

Analyze and solve technical problems by using problem-solving skills.

Assist with managing and maintaining all hardware inventory.
