Job Description
East Coast Construction Services is seeking candidates for the position of Project Manager. This position is based in High Point, NC.
East Coast Construction Services, LLC is experienced in the exacting requirements of pharmaceutical electrical construction; wood product processing; production and biofuels; and food-grade manufacturing. ECCS is at home on any new production facility, construction site, or work floor of a manufacturing plant.
As the Project Manager, you will:
Manage field operations for projects of various scopes and sizes simultaneously
Create and maintain project schedules
Track project effort metrics such as labor, spending, and production; report progress on a regular basis
Approve timesheets and expense reports for field personnel
Lead field personnel in EHS awareness and foster this awareness through the company and projects
Provide electrical, instrumentation, and controls technical support to field personnel on an as needed basis
Provide and maintain various construction documents such as Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Daily Reports, As-Build Drawings, etc
The Ideal Candidate will:
Have 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Construction Management from accredited institution
Valid NC driver's license (required)
Bilingual - Spanish (preferred)
Proficient with computers and technology (MicroSoft Office programs, AutoCAD preferred)
Avg. physical requirements, pulling, lifting materials/equipment over 25 and up to 40 pounds
Ability to travel and stay regionally (NC, SC, VA) on a regular basis (70% of time)
