Intercompany Analyst (Temporal 1 year)

Job Responsabilities:

Ensure the reliable and efficient process of Accounts Receivables intercompany process on a timely basis.

Perform AR intercompany reconciliations and payment application.

Support the month end close process for accounts receivable intercompany processes.

Ensuring J-SOX processes and internal/external audit requirements are being issued on time.

Assisting IC Supervisor in streamlining the Accounts Receivables intercompany processes to create efficiencies.

Active support on improvement projects from the area, testing and data analysis.

Managing strong relationship with customers giving first-rate customer service.

Ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsible for accurate and detailed work and meeting established deadlines.

Strong follow up with stakeholders and Intercompany counterparts

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related. DESIRABLE

Experience: 1 year of experience

Desirable experience in AP, AR & Invoicing intercompany activity, Accounting or related role.

Desirable experience in global companies, providing service to different countries.

Technical accounting and internal controls knowledge and experience.

Have worked in a fast paced, high transaction volume corporate environment.

Good written, oral and reading communication skills in Portuguese desirable, English and Spanish.

Strong experience with SAP desirable

Language: Intermediate-Advanced English, spoken and written.

Desirable SAP

Microsoft office (intermediate-advanced Excel, power point, Word).

Travel not required
