About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Sales for the 150 room AC Hotel by Marriott Bentonville, located on the gorgeous new Walmart Home Office campus. This hotel will be on the Razorback Greenway with convenient access to all of the incredible attractions that Bentonville has to offer.

The Director of Sales will be responsible for proactively pursuing the hotel sales goals and working with the GM and our Revenue Management team to maximize profitability while working with the hotel operations team to provide outstanding service for our guests.

Qualification Standards:

Education Bachelor's degree helpful or a minimum of five years’ experience with solid career progression in sales and marketing leadership roles in a similar sized operation preferred.

Licenses or certificates are not required.
