We are currently hiring experienced and professional Mini-Bus Operators to join our team. We are offering a sign-on bonus for both full-time and part-time positions. If you have a CDL A or B with a Passengers and Air Brakes endorsement, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description:

As a Mini-Bus Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate a 24-32 passenger mini-bus. You will run a daily route, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle is essential, as well as providing excellent customer service to passengers. Multiple shifts are available between the hours of 4am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a mini-bus in a courteous and responsible manner.

Run a daily route as assigned.

Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and driving standards as required by DOT, federal/state authorities, and the company.

Regularly inspect assigned equipment and report repair and maintenance requests.

Keep the vehicle clean and fueled.

Load and unload baggage or parcels when required.

Check the condition of the vehicle and perform basic maintenance checks.

Comply with traffic regulations and follow safety rules for boarding and exiting passengers.

Prepare and submit reports on passengers, trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, and fares received.

Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of transportation industry concepts, practices, and procedures, including DOT regulations.

Current CDL A or B with Passengers and Air Brakes endorsement.

Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience.

Clear driving record with no accidents in the past 3 years and no more than 2 moving violations.

Must pass a government criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug testing.

Must have a current DOT Medical Card.

Must meet the qualifications to drive a commercial motor vehicle as per CFR 391.15.

Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Ability to safely load, transfer, and unload passengers' luggage.

Neat and well-groomed appearance.

Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and listening skills.

Excellent customer service skills.
