Title: Secretary II, III
Location: NASA Langley in Hampton, VA
Key Responsibilities:
PBG is searching for multiple qualified Secretaries across levels - Secretary II and Secretary III - to support NASA for general office services as defined below. The ideal candidate maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff, works fairly independently receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance and performs various clerical and secretarial duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office, as well as a working knowledge of certain office software programs.

Desktop Processing (MS Word and MS Excel)
Correspondence Tracking (MS Excel)
Travel Coordination
Time and Labor Collection
Property Coordination
Move Coordination
Training Coordination
Information Services Coordination
Special Events Coordination
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Secretary II: HS diploma and 1-2 years of office experience (relevant)
Secretary III: HS diploma and 2-4 years of office experience (relevant)
Must be able to lift and move around 20 plus pounds
Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams
Experience with NASA agency and or contract preferred with active NASA badge
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to clear criminal and drug tests, regularly
Professional Skills:

Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
