Drive excellence in reward practices with reporting tools for informed decision-making.

Influence the design and adoption of integrated reward frameworks within the Group.

Stay updated on reward best practices and new developments.

Conduct benchmarking and annual salary increase analyses.

Support annual remuneration reviews for effective implementation.

Manage reward-related risks and provide expert advice to internal clients.

Enhance and streamline reward processes.

Ensure compliance with legislative reporting and risk mitigation.

Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reward programs aligned with business goals.

Research market trends and legislative changes for policy recommendations.

Develop and present reward program initiatives to educate and influence managers.
