* Will manage 3 groups of sales managers with their 3 property specialists (real estate).
*Plans and systematized goals.
*Manage and exceed or reach the set business targets assigned within certain territories in real estate sales.
*Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set targets in real estate.
*Work to improve the customer base for clients in real estate.
*Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients (those who will invite to invest in real estate condominiums or house and lots).
*Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports.
*Knows the feasible marketable place in real estate.
*Knowledge of the trends in real estate sales.
Requirement:
Sales Directors-strategic professionals with good management skills and proven track record in real estate sales.
With at least 3-5 years experience handling a sales team in real estate.
Can effectively handle and manage a team in real estate.
Good command in English.
Preferably licensed real estate broker.
Able to recruit 3 sales managers with 3 PCs each (real estate sales industry) to be on boarded.
