Document Management:
- Proficiently type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
- Responsible for accurate data entry, database maintenance, and meticulous record-keeping.
Communication Coordination:
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls and assist in making travel arrangements.
- Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send timely reminders.
Document Handling:
- Perform document-related tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, and note-taking.
Event Coordination:
- Prepare facilities for scheduled events, ensuring a seamless and professional setup.
- Arrange refreshments for events as required.
Professionalism and Etiquette:
- Adhere to the highest standards of business practices and etiquette.
Additional Responsibilities related to CEO:
- Remind and process bills.
- Track reimbursements.
- Handle expense reports.
- Conduct research.
- Manage miscellaneous tasks such as running errands, handling personal appointments, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Business compliances and office management.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Demonstrated flexibility in managing various tasks and responsibilities.
-Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
