Description:
l Managing Surveillance Operations: Oversee all aspects of surveillance activities, including monitoring of CCTV systems and team performance.
l Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of surveillance personnel, ensuring they are well-trained, equipped, and adhering to protocols for optimal performance.
l Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
l Security Protocol Implementation: Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard assets, personnel, and information, ensuring compliance with company policies and organization standards.
l Investigation Support: Provide support for investigations by gathering and analyzing surveillance footage, documenting incidents, and collaborating with other department and/or law enforcement as needed.
l Technology Utilization: Stay updated on the latest surveillance technologies and tools, leveraging them to enhance surveillance capabilities and improve efficiency.
l Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports on surveillance activities, incidents, and findings for management review.
l Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for surveillance staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and effectiveness in their roles.
l Emergency Response: Coordinate and execute emergency response procedures in the event of security breaches, incidents, or threats, ensuring a swift and effective response to mitigate potential risks.
l Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with other departments, security personnel and external partners to enhance overall security posture and address security concerns comprehensively.
l Compliance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and audit surveillance operations to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve surveillance strategies, procedures, and technologies to stay ahead of emerging threats and enhance overall security effectiveness.
