Lubrication Supervisor

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Plans, organizes, supervises, and evaluates the activities of lubrication engineers and workers engaged in lubricating industrial equipment and machinery.
Lead the lubrication group for troubleshooting on the lubrication system.
Supervise and coordinate lubrication activities for PMS, SPS, and opportunity shutdown activities.
Ensure the implementation of the oil analysis program, review the oil analysis report, and execute the oil analysis findings.
Review and evaluate the technical report; request a technical evaluation for a special project.
Manage lubricant usage and application, and monitor budget manhours.
Properly utilize the maintenance module.
Establish equipment lubrication records: history, database, report, and accomplishment.
Develop technical lubrication skill training on major specific equipment, oil analysis, Machine Lubrication Technology (MLT), Machine Lubrication Analysis (MLA).
Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Background in the cement industry is a plus.
Willing to be relocated to Bulacan (board and lodging provided).
