Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs for success.

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in sales management, experience in the print and copy services industry is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in sales tracking software and CRM systems.
