Answers all tenants' inquiries Aids Tenants in dealing with local individual to clear conversation.Coordinator between Tenants and FOIVC Departments.Creates and distributes penalty reportsTranslator of FOIVC Memorandums and written correspondence from English to ChineseAssist Tenants when there are emergencies

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a College GraduateKnows how to speak and read MandarinExcellent communication and customer service skillsProblem solving and analytical skills

Summary of role requirements:

Flexible hours available

1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

Working rights required for this role

Expected salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per month
