Procurement Engineer

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety protocols and procedures accordingly.

· Responsible in evaluating suppliers, products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

· Prepare scope of work, terms of reference, bill of quantity and other pertinent documents for the purchase of goods and services.

· Follow and enforce Company’s procurement policies and procedures.

· Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased.

· Maintain a good relationship and negotiate contracts well with suppliers.

· Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.

· Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery time, product range, etc.

· Coordinate with the Operations and Maintenance Department for their purchase requests.

· Prepare and submit the procurement report based on the set timeline.

· Willing to be assigned to Digos, Davao del sur
