Civil Engineer - DAVAO CITY

Responsible for structural design of residential buildings.

Design plumbing systems and layouts, including water supply and drainage.

Design electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power supply, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Incorporate considerations for energy efficiency and sustainability into designs.

Prepare construction drawings and design documents to support the construction process.

Provide technical support and problem-solving during construction.

Conduct calculations and evaluations to ensure the safety, durability, and structural integrity of buildings.

Design appropriate foundations considering soil and site conditions.

Conduct on-site surveys and quality control during construction.

Manage and supervise construction projects to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.

Prepare presentation materials and drawings for clients.

Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree holder- At least 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer- Experience in working in a housing or commercial building developer company
