Job Qualifications:
• College level graduate or vocational course
• Preferably with atleast 6 months to 2 years relative working experience
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Must be knowledgeable in using knife, wok, and any kitchen utensils and appliances
• Can prepare food for a minimum of 15 minutes
• Willing to learn to basic food diet and its classification
Job Description:
• Preparing and cooking food for patient with the dietary standards/cafeteria meals
• Checking all the quality of ingredients of the product
• Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation
• Assisting head cook for allowed and unallowed food for the patient
• Keep various batches of food separate from other dish that include special diet with varying instructions
• Responsible for the maintenance of deliveries and stocks
