Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Providing a comprehensive overview of the project's financial performance, including budget variances, cost forecasts, and cash flow analysis;

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, quantifying materials, labor, and equipment required, and developing project budgets; and

• Managing these variations by assessing their impact on costs and timelines, preparing cost assessments, and negotiating with contractors to reach fair and equitable agreements.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably with PRC license

• With at least 1-year relevant work experience

• Willing to work in Compostela, Cebu
