Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or related field.

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Strong multi-tasking skills.

Exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills.

Ability to effectively manage staff, coach and develop employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee both front and back of house operations.

Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.

Promote a positive environment by enforcing safety and security standards.

Develop and implement work schedules to meet financial and sales goals
