Job Description:
As a Digital Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and offering BE Residences properties through online initiatives: Utilizing various digital channels such as the website, social media, email marketing, and other platforms to showcase our properties and attract potential clients.
- Generating potential clients and cultivating lasting relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Answering online inquiries immediately: Responding promptly to online inquiries from potential clients to provide information and assistance in a timely manner, fostering engagement and interest in our properties.
- Meeting sales targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets through effective digital sales strategies and initiatives.
- Managing day-to-day tasks: Handling client communication, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing account status to ensure smooth transactions.
- Implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns: Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to support sales efforts, including content creation, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Keeping clients informed: Providing clients with relevant information about market conditions, prices, account and payment collection updates, construction updates and other related matters.
Qualifications:
BSBA Marketing graduate or relevant field
Passion for all things marketing and technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player, skilled project manager, attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills
Graphic design and video editing skills is an advantage
Tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign
Experience with lead generation campaigns is highly desired
