Innovation Technical Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages periodic updates on new product tracker through monitoring of activities from artwork Masterfile availability up to package development covering all approved concepts from portfolio planning. Collaborates with Regional Marketing, Artwork Coordinator, and Regional Package Engineer,

Ensure on-time preparation and submission of photoshoot samples to commercial markets through strong collaboration with NPI, R&D, and Suppliers.

Supports Regional Package Engineer in both new product component and tool development as well as on Pluto project through coordination with Global NPD, APAC NPI, R&D, Regional Marketing and supplier.

Maintains safekeeping of component development documents and samples such as standards, tolerances and color range boards.

Collects and records First Manufacturing Batch (FMB) samples from the manufacturing site and distributions them to Regional Marketing and Regional Package Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Engineering courses

Has at least 2 years of solid experience working on package/product development

knowledge and application of plastic molding technologies

Ability to create and analyze technical reports

Knowledge on Project Management
