Assess & keeps track of the organization's training requirements, creates, organizes, executes, & evaluates training initiatives, policies,& protocols
Responsibilities
1. Training and Development
Oversees and improves existing training programs, particularly focusing on shop floor skills training.
Recommends enhancements to boost engagement, learning, and retention, aligning with evolving organizational, industry, and customer needs.
Conducts necessary training sessions, develops new modules on uncovered topics, collaborates with external providers, and ensures training goals align with the approved budget.
Manages induction, orientation, and on-the-job training for new hires, including the apprentice program.
2. Other HR Areas
Assists in resolving attendance and timekeeping concerns on the shop floor, supports the implementation of performance management processes, particularly the Performance Improvement Plan.
Aids in the execution of discipline processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and policies.
Manages HR reports, contributes to various HR and Admin tasks and initiatives, and carries out additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field, Master’s degree is an advantage
With 1 to 3 years working experience in conducting training sessions, preferable in Manufacturing company
Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Willing to work onsite in Malvar, Batangas.
