Document Management:
Proficiently type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
Responsible for accurate data entry, database maintenance, and meticulous record-keeping.
Communication Coordination:
Liaise effectively with internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming calls and assist in making travel arrangements.
Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send timely reminders.
Document Handling:
Perform document-related tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, and note-taking.
Event Coordination:
Prepare facilities for scheduled events, ensuring a seamless and professional setup.
Arrange refreshments for events as required.
Professionalism and Etiquette:
Adhere to the highest standards of business practices and etiquette.
Additional Responsibilities related to CEO:
Remind and process bills.
Track reimbursements.
Handle expense reports.
Conduct research.
Manage miscellaneous tasks such as running errands, handling personal appointments, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Business compliances and office management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated flexibility in managing various tasks and responsibilities.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
