Quality Assurance - Tanauan, Batangas

Candidate must possess BS Food Technology / BS Biology / BS Microbiology.

With extensive knowledge in microbiological analysis such as swab testing, environmental monitoring, Aerobic Plate Count, Yeast and Mold Count, E. Coli, Salmonella, Staphyloccus aureus.

Has experience in preparation of media testing and sterilization of glassware and utensils.

Familiar with data entry and basic computer skills.

Has basic knowledge in cGMP and HACCP; strong knowledge in food chemistry, food microbiology, testing concepts and techniques.

Has positive attitude, willingness to work with peers, honest, detail-oriented and skilled at examining documents for accuracy and completeness.

Ability to prepare records in accordance with instructions; must be able to handle multi-tasking.

Equipment to be handled: All laboratory equipment, PC, Fax machine, photocopier.

Has experience in quality control/assurance works especially microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products.

In-charge of acceptance/rejection of incoming materials, imported beverages, SRS, semi-finished product, finished products and ensuring GMP/FS implementation and quality assessment report.
