· At least 2 years of international BPO experience

· Handled voiced campaigns for CUSTOMER SERVICE in a Call Center environment

· Very good to excellent English communication skills

· Very good comprehension skills

· Able to multi-task, keen to details and highly organized

· Works well under pressure

· Can work with minimal supervision

· Results driven and goal achiever

· Trustworthy and reliable
