Shift Supervisor - Power Plant

Job Objective:

To supervise the overall power plant operations and ensure a continuous and safe production of power for the whole plant.

Job Specifications (Minimum Requirements):

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)

With 5-10 years of experience in handling and supervision of Power plant or boiler operations (biomass or coal-fired)

At least 5 years experience in personnel supervision

Above average supervisory skills: Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling

Above average oral and written communication skills

Must be computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
