Salary: 70,000 - 100,000
The position is responsible to administer, oversee and maintain the company standard requirements related to their admin department which includes general affairs, human resources, compliance and others.
-Transact and communicate to local government offices as part of the company's compliance for different kinds of permits and certification-Ensure that company obey regulations, comply with laws, follow policies and contractual obligations, meet eligibility requirements for licenses and permits, and more. -Reviews and analyzes internal processes and recommends procedural or policy changes to improve operation-Communicate with legal office, HQ, and other 3rd parties to assist with their concerns and others- Submit reports to SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, and BIR- Process VISA, AEP to DOLE of Japanese expats-Controls budget for contracts, equipment, and supplies, do inventory and purchase office supplies- Coordinate to building administration for office repairs and compliances-Other tasks to be assigned when needed
-Assist and conduct activity related to recruitment such as interviews, orientations, on-boarding and exit management-Conducts/Facilitate Training of employees for their development with coordination to concerned Department-Update Daily Time Record for monthly report-Ensures that the Government Mandated benefits and Company Initiated benefits are given to the employees. -Shall fill out administration related work and formulate company rule and regulations-Shall confirm compliance, from the legal point of view, with the labor contract and shall exercise their rights and perform their obligations in good faith-Other tasks to be assigned when needed
-Assist external audit with the accounting manager when needed-Assist with other compliance, data privacy-related concerns
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Business Administration, Management, or similar course
Has at least 15 to 20 years of experience in the same field, and has hands-on experience in general affairs and human resources
With experience in managerial level
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly analytical and keen on details and accuracy
Proven leadership and people-management skills
With experience working in Japanese company is preferred
With experience working in the leasing industry but not a must
