We're on the lookout for dedicated Branch Managers to lead the day-to-day operations of our stores. Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Systems Training and Execution:

Assign and oversee restaurant systems responsibilities to shift managers.

Ensure managers are proficient in their assigned roles.

Implement action plans to enhance systems execution and address operational challenges.

Store Team Communication and Cascade:

Effectively communicate store goals and targets to team members.

Translate goals into practical daily tasks for each team member.

Provide training, guidance, and motivation to foster professional and personal growth.

Staffing and Scheduling:

Manage staffing and scheduling for the store team.

Optimize labor costs through strategic staffing, role assignments, and manpower forecasting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Food Tech, or Nutrition preferred.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.

Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Technical Skills:

Analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Understand basic financial ratios.

Cost Management expertise.

Customer Orientation: Ensure compliance with customer service standards by aligning team efforts with customer needs.

Judgment and Decision Making: Gather relevant information to make informed decisions and anticipate long-term consequences.
